Need PRG Install Instructions

I bought the 2WD 2.5" PRG from a fellow member, but there are no instructions. If anybody has them, or knows where I can download them - I would greatly appreciate it.
A pdf file to natewilliams129@sbcglobal.net would be PERFECT.

Havent had a chance to fax them yet, but they are at perfomancelifts.com ina PDF file.
