PRG Traction Bars

I had a CST lift installed by a bunch of retards at 4-Wheel Direct in El Cajon, CA. More problems than I want to list.

I had a loud popping sound from under the truck when I gunned it off the line. After investigating I found the problem.

The drive shaft spline where it mates into the transfer case was pulled out over 2 inches. After reveiwing the situation with PRG we still have no idea why. We know the drive line moves out a small amount due to the lift. But not that far.

When accelerating off the line axle wrap forced the pumpkin up...slamming the drive shaft into the transfer case.

CST had no idea either. I even removed the rear end, checked the blocks.

Greg is going to fab a new aluminum spacer to go between the connection of the pumpkin and the driveline to take up some space and push the drive line back up into the transfer case.

I had a complete new rear end installed several months ago by the dealer...

Greg installed his new 4x4 traction bars on the truck last weekend.

I cannot express how friggin awesome these things are. No more axle wrap, it squats, then launches..bad ***. I will post pics after washing the truck!

I have laid rubber down like never before...think I need to stop, don't want to waste money on new tires...I need the DR coil overs!
