driveshaft and cst lift?

any known issues with the driveshaft combined with the cst lift?

No, the cst 4wd kits use a staggered 4" block that works great. The 2wd CST kit uses the same block but has a carrier bearing drop down braket (the best int he industry, too bad the wont sell them without the kit) and there are no drivline issues unless you go taller than 4". At that point you need to use a tapred block.

What about the 4" block that comes with it and some Deavers? Will you run into a problem?

Add some big tires and you're sure to have a healthy amount of axle wrap... but that's easily fixed with a set of PRG traction bars.
