I want to do a ProComp 6" lift (by PRG), but I'd like to take a look at a truck with one first. My wife is tiny (only 5 feet tall), and will b1tch no end if the truck is too high. So before I spend the money to have it done, I'd like to make sure it's something she could live with.

Anyone want to show off their truck?
Dude,
My wife is around 5'3 and is able to get in and out ok. Step bars would probably help your case. It's been my experience that they usually ***** reguardless, but they don't mind all the attention the truck gets especially when lifted!

It's better to have it and not need it, Than need it and not have it!"
I'm running one and live in San Dimas area.
Go to Nissan El Monte look at the "No Fear" trucks, these are running either Pro Comp or Some Fabtech 6"lifts all done by 4 Wheel Parts.
She will love driving it this high but get her some step rails to make entering and exiting easier.
Nissan El Monte is located at the 10fwy and 605
Mike
I have the Pro Comp lift without step bars and my wife is five foot nothing and she gets in and out ok...it's actually kind of funny to watch.
I would suggest you come to the meet this weekend (check out the So.Cal meet in the regional section) and you'll see all sorts of lift heights with step bars and without. This way you can test and see which lift will work for you. I think PRG will be there too.

I came across this thread and am very interested in purchasing the 6" Pro Comp kit. The purchase price for the 4w.d. kit is within my budget; however, I'm not equipped for installation. I would like to have input on what you all paid for the installation of the kit. I have e-mailed 4 Wheel Parts for the pricing of the kit and had requested and installation price. I was just curious what I would be in for in terms of the installation costs. Any help or input is greatly appreciated.
your in luck as I just got 3 PC kits in at a special price and I will be letting them go for a great price.
Hey, Gregg
Heard so much great things about you! Was wondering exactly what the pc kit is and what it does? Also about the meet at the pier do you think you can bring a procomp or any other 6 inch lift with ya and obviously at a very discounted price?
