Has anyone had trouble installing the grease Zerk's on the TC arm? I have a call into Greg but thought maybe someone else may have ran into this.
I can't get three of them started for the life of me. Also is the hole in the arm itself that the Zerk threads into tapered? The one I can get started stops after about 2.5 turns. If it's tapered I understand but with the trouble I am having with the others I thought I better stop and ask.
Installed the rear Deaver pack and Bilsteins tonight. Thankfully Greg told me to make sure I had C-clamps.

I think I figured out how to hold my mouth just right. How did you get the arms in place? I ground down the ridges on the frame where the arms bolt but still could not get them all the way in. Have not been able to get Greg on the phone so I just put the factory arms back on until I talk with him. Any help would be great.
I'm installing mine in the morning, hopefully no problems.
The drivers side rear bolt on the arm, Madonn'. I don't give up easy but I punted. I need to talk with Greg, I could not get the new arm to go all the way in to line up with the bolt holes.
I put plenty of assembly lube on the outside of the bushings, and used a pry bar to slightly seperate the tabs a hair. Used a rubber mallet and tapped the arms in place, and a large punch to get the holes lined up.
Taking a coffee break then on to the passenger side.
what is this "coffee" you speak of? Is that some sort of foreign beer?

LOL, it was still early.
I finished the front with not too much trouble.
One thing I noticed when I put the tires back on and dropped the jacks was some fluid on the driveway. Crawled up under and saw the passenger side axle had slid out about an inch and was dripping. I pulled the tire back off and pushed it back in and it seemed to lock into place. Seems a little strange that it slid out that far, I didn't pull on the axle or spindle while the upper arm was off so it must have been pretty loose already. I thought there was some sort of retaining ring or something that held it snug, seems to have sort of locked back in now
The front is now a full 4" taller than stock with the DR's set at 2". Front is also taller than the rear now by about an inch. I'll install the Deavers this afternoon, just can't decide whether or not I want to install the lower shackles with them.

I bet you get five bars of signal on your cell phone while in your house also.
I finally got them installed after talking with Greg and getting aggressive.
I too had oil coming out of the front diff when installing my 2" lift kit, as the axles do slide out very easy no clips. After realigning the front end the front diff needed about a pint of oil.

LOL, not quite. I get just enough signal for the phone to ring but not allow me to talk.
Glad you got them installed.
BTW, the shackles I installed today where worse than the arms.
I want to install the shackles since my rear is still a bit high. What was the problem installing them and did you learn a trick to make it easier on the rest of us?

The biggest problem with the shackles is just getting the hole aligned, on mine it was a PITA. I greased them good and used a floor jack on the axle to move them up and down, and a hammer.
Second thing is if you have the drivers side storage box, it has to come out, and removing it is not a lot of fun. After you get all the screws out of both brackets, there are plastic clips that you have to pop loose, 2 on top edge are difficult to get too.
