Re: shocks and struts, sway bars

I just got delivery of the rear Bilstein shocks, Deaver spring pack for the rear, along with traction bars and the donahoe coilovers for up front, all from PRG Greg. We'll be doing the install in a couple weeks, from my research, just those upgrades will give you a much better ride and handling.

You will love it. I followed Greg's advise and left off the front sway bar. I put it back on to test and have now removed it for good. You will get a some roll but once you get use to it and trust it you will like it. You can really tell the difference when you go over uneven bumps in other words when the front tires hit a big bump at different times, like driving over a street side curb when pulling into a drive way no longer do I have that violent throw from side to side. Without the front sway bar each wheel can work independently. Greg explained it to me that the donahoe spring rate is designed to work without a front sway bar. I went with the same setup you have but also added the TC upper arms and PRG spacers for the Donahoes. I hope to get the traction bar mounts welded this weekend.

I still have to much rack and will be adding the rear shackles once they get here next week. I was shocked how much the Deaver mini pack lifted the rear of the truck.

What they said. Also, I think Stillen has sway bars. Don't recall any reviews.

Re: shocks and struts, sway bars

I do not want lift at all so I know where your coming from...

I have not upgraded shocks mostly because the OEM replacement upgrade blue/yellow Bilstiens are coming out this Summer.

For the sway bar and body roll I have the hellwig and to be quite honest it is #1 for perfromance and bang for buck at $175 delivered.

I switched to GY Forteras 285/60/18 that also helped with sway and better steering response.
