It uts the truck in the air or it gets the hose again

A pile of siiiiiiick new stuff from Greg and DMZ Tim.

New Rear SAW 2.5x10 piggyback shocks

Compared to the Bilstein 5100

Valving the SAWs

Shock body

Shaft and seals. Piston is on the rag at the bottom.

Greg reassembling

On the truck

CST Spindle at full droop

Full compression

Installing new Deaver minipack

Done

The best comes last. Hydraulic Bumpstops from Radflo and mount cans

Greg fabbed these prototype mounts

The prodution version will be even cleaner (hard to beleive)

I have not had a chance to test out the new setup i the dirt yet, it will probably have to wait until I am in Mex in a few weeks. On a street test the truck ran right through this nasty dropoff/hit nice and smooth. The same hit kick the rear end of another titan several feet high, the bumps and SAWs make an amazing difference.

DMZ Tim (www.dmzfab.com) also pulled the rear bedsides for more tire clearance. Pics have to wait until tomorrow when it is light out.

Thanks to both Greg and Tim for their outstanding work as usual.

Re: It uts the truck in the air or it gets the hose again

I'm jealous of the PRG valved SAW's. I picked up some 2.5 10 Kings, but will have to fab new lower mounts to use them as they are about 1.5" longer than those SAWs you got. I also don't feel like tearing into them just yet to valve them properly. I need to pick up some of those bumps too! You shouldn't post stuff like this! Makes me want to dig up the Mason jars buried out back!

So when will we see new sky pics?

Re: It uts the truck in the air or it gets the hose again

Call Greg for Pricing on any of the parts or packages.

Wheels should be in within a few days

The SAWs being bigger just suck up bumps and hits much better. The valving is setup for general use. You can make them feel or ride anyway you want, just takes about 10 min to revalve if you want something different.

It will probably be a week or two before there are any new pics in the dirt.

Should have some of the pulled bedsides later today or tonight.
