PRG leveling kit installed today!

I finally have my Titan looking like a 4X4. I had the PRG leveling kit installed on the front and it was worth the wait. It should be mandatory that these trucks look like this from the factory. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking for a little more fender clearance and a more "truck" like stance. Sorry for the quality of my pic but it was taken with my phone. Now if I can only swing some new tires!

I paid a good friend of mine who's a mechanic $100 to install it and it only took him about 1 1/2 hours to do it. Also keep in mind that you will have to get your truck aligned afterwards as well.

Re: PRG leveling kit installed today!

Did you do the complete mini lift or is that just the front leveling kit?? I have the mini lift due in shortly and I am thinking twice about using the rear blocks now.

The install is very easy, a few wrenches and a jack stand are all you need. I did mine in about 1.5 hours.

That was just the PRG front leveling kit, CraigG. I had also thought about the mini lift but I like a more "level" look and wanted to get away fron the squatting front end.

I have to agree with helomech too. The only reason I didn't do the install myself is because I just found out that I have 2 herniated disks in my back and couldn't bear to flop my big butt around on the ground because of the pain. LOL. If you are mechanically inclined or at least 1/2 way so I think you could handle it yourself easily. The kit comes with very detailed instruction.

Re: PRG leveling kit installed today!

Yeah with two bad disks you don't need to be putting a level kit on. Much better to pay someone and not have to hurt for days after.

Re: PRG leveling kit installed today!

Is there any difference in ride quality with the leveling kit.

No not with the prg kit. Some level kits go inbetween the coils and they make ride worse.
