Just noticed when looking from the rear, my Titans rear end is uneven. The left rear is 1/2" lower than the right rear. I confirmed this by tape measure checking the distance from the ground to the top of the rear wheel opening.
The left side measured out at 43 inches, the rt side is 43 1/2 inches...
I will check tire pressure when i get home, but eyeballing things the rear tires look like they have proper pressure. Also the rear shocks do not appear to be leaking..
The gas tank is on the left side. I try to balance it by trying to shift most of my tools and crap to the passenger side to compensate, not much else to do about that one....you can always buy DR coilovers and adjust the height on the driver's side to compensate. Good luck!
The bed should be level, even if the measurement looks different. They level the beds in the factory. Check it with a level on the sides and on the tail, and yes 200 lbs. of gas will throw it all off!!

PS i do happen to have a full tank of gas btw, never thought of that.... you folks rock! im still going to check pressures and look around but u bet you thats the problem.
My Titan, LE 4x4, does the exact same thing. 1/2 inch lower on the left rear, the front is level. Contrary to popular thinking the gas level does not account for the full difference not even close. The bed is not level, which makes it so noticable (to me). I am the type of person who notices picture frames and floors that are not level, so my truck not being level in the rear tends to bother me. I mentioned it to the dealership who says it is within spec. FYI my truck is silver too! I have wondered is it possible to switch the leafs to at least reverse this so that gas and driver weight help level it. By the way all though I gripe about this issue, I love my truck!
Aww that sucks. Your truck even looks a little uneven in your sig now that I look at it.
I don't know if it's my imagination but it seems more uneven after I installed PRG mini-lift. I've measured all 4 corners and the only uneven sides are on the back. But directly from the front, it looks uneven too for some reason. Maybe it just shows more on lifted trucks???

Before everyone panics here, check with the parts department. For many years, Ford car and light truck front springs were different weights from side to side. This was to compensate not only for the drivers, but air conditioning components, gas tank capacity, etc.
Almost every road in US is crowned for water runoff, so it would make sense to offset the truck body. That gives you a more level feeling going down the highway. LOL, that sounded good.

You guys had me curious, so I just went out and measured the backend at 4 spots. Floor to wheelwell (bottom of arch), 38" on each side, floor to top of rear bumper (to bottom of black plastic covering), 29" on each side. Mine always did look straight, so I guess I'm one of the few lucky ones. I have an attached garage, so the floor is level for this type of measuring. Oh, I just filled the tank on Friday and only drove 30 miles since then.

There has to be something wrong. You did all those measurements, In many different spots and you mean to tell me you only drove 30 miles since Friday? how the hell do you do that?
