does anyone regret going with the prg mini lift 2.5"/1"?
I have been reading about if for a few days now. I have only heard good things so far. Has anyone put it on and not liked it due to ride or tire wear ect? I don't offroad but do tow a 5000# boat. I have never lifted a truck so I am just looking for some advice. Also if i go with any aftermarket shocks in the future does the lift affect it at all?

about going with more lift in the future i may want to. But that for sure will be atleast a year away at the least. So doing the mini lift now should be good for me. And since i tow a bit i was also considering the helper springs. Will the 1" block in the year have any effect on the helper springs? This is on my 06 4x2 KC LE.

I just ordered the 1.3" front and 1" inch rear from PRG. From what I have read and talked to people about, there is no downside, and everyone is very happy.
I know my lift won't be much, but I wanted to maintain the stock rake but raise the whole truck a little, so my combo should look pretty good.

I put on the 2.5" front and 1" rear with the truck only 3 weeks old. I have absolutely no regrets. No ride difference. Better and higher stance. Quality product. What's not to love?

I am very happy with my mini lift on my 4x4 w/ Big Tow and Off Road Package. It rides the same as stock. The only thing that I regret is getting the bigger (315/70R17) BFG AT Tires. At least until someone comes out with new gears to bring the ratio back to near stock.
With that said, now that I have had the truck for awhile, I am thinking of upgrading to the Donahoe Coilovers for the front and the Deaver Mini Leaf + Donahoe shocks for the rear. I love the stance that the mini lift gave me, and the stock ride quality is nice, but I am always on the lookout for something better (I second chung_chang's contageous comment).
To each his own. Can't go wrong with the mini lift unless you are willing to spend almost 4 times as much for the Donahoe setup.

Yeah, I regret it.....I regret buying it and wanting my truck to be higher! LOL...seriously, you will have no regret what so ever if you buy a leveling kit from PRG....great kit.....I don't have the 2.5" because mine is a 4X4 and I only leveled my front end with the 2" kit (1.25" spacer). I really don't think you can go wrong either way.
