Noise

Ive just recently turned my DRs up all the way to 3" and now whenever im in a parking lot or just going slow over littlebumps or potholes im getting a nocking noise, I think its the upper a arm hitting the coil bucket. Have any of you had this problem and if so would the total chaos control arms prevent the hitting from happening.
