i have a titan with the prg performance kit. i was off roading today and bent the stock sway bar end links i was wondering if anyone knows of better end links that wont bend so easily. it bent in such a way that my wheel grinds the sway bar so i have to take it off for now. thanks for any help in advanced.
Justrich, call me. we've never had that issue with the package you've got. I will either build you some new ones, replace the old ones, or you can completely remove the sway bar and it will ride much better for the type of driving you like to do.

well i will see how i like it with it off. i was having fun and took it off a drop off about 1-1.5 foot drop. i did it at an angle to lessen the impact and i think thats what tweaked it. ill take off the bar and if i dont like ill give you a call greg. ive taken pics to show you guys what happened and to show the type of terrain. im gonna take off the bar and go off roading ill post my results w/out the bar. thanks for the help again.
i really like the handling off road with out the sway bar but i liked the street handling better with the sway bar. the improvement for off road was greater than the sacrifice on the street so i think i will leave the sway bar off. i might put it back on later or if i sell it but thats a ways away.

i just wanted to add that i havent changed any thing since you installed it for me. so i know it wasent a problem with the install or settings you did. i think i was just being too hard on the truck. this weekend i did a monsterous hill climb with all kinds of obsticles like rocks and rain ruts and such and i didnt have a single problem. of course i have no sway bar now but it really made a huge difference offroad with out it. thanks again greg for the kit and install im still loving it every day.

those pics are HUGE!
questions...
1. who powdercoated your wheels?
2. are those tires the Khumo's? What size are they?

sorry i assumed that everyone has something better than dial up. ill post smaller pics next time. the wheels arent powder coated there painted. i had a body shop that i do business with paint them for me. it just automotive paint clear coated with a flattner. i off road every weekend and i havent had any paint chiping off or anyhting. im suprised about how well it last. i have a few minor chips from rocks and stuff but you cant even see them till your on your knees looking at the wheel. if i paid for the paint on the wheels it probably would have cost 80-90 per wheel, but i dont know for sure because it was free. the tires are 33" xtreme terrains. i would highly recomend these as they have the best dry desert traction of any other tire i have used even compaired to the bfg at ta ko's. i like these better because the lugs resist rounding better. my bfg's had rounded lugs after 1000 miles of once a week offroading. after 1000 miles on the pc's there barely showing signs of rounding.
i dont know the exact weight but i noticed a loss in gas millage after installing them. they felt alot heavier than the stock wheels that came off of it.
No one has mentioned it but are you aware they make sway bar quick disconnects? A quick release pin is all that stands between good performance on and off road. I know you have to get out of the truck but since I am old school I was out there locking the hubs anyway.
