hey guys im new to the site. im lookin into buyin a nissan titan 4x4 crew cab LE. it wont stay stock for long, im lookin into lifting it. now i know alot of you run a 6" lift in yours but i wanna see if anyone on here as a 12" lift on their truck. so if anyone has pics or has a bulletproof suspension lift kit can you please tell me about it and how you like it? and what size tires do you have under it? also i heard i might have to get the drive shafts lengthened so if someone could clear this up it would be great.
In a word, the bulletproof kit is out of your league if you are asking such basic questions about it. It is a pretty intense install and leaves your truck seriously lacking in the on-road drivability. If I remember right, it doesn't even add much (any?) wheel travel.

Lots of people get big giant lift and big giant tires and think that's the best way to go. I say get a lift you want for what you are going to use it for. I run a 6" procomp with 35 mud t's. I go off road all the time in Alaska. We have signs like: "Travel beyond this point not recommended" on regular country roads (like the Denali Hwy) If you want a blingy truck go with the big shiny rims (I tossed my 20's away and put on 18's) build yourself a right nice show truck. If you blow the tire out on the trail or on road I hope you can afford the replacement. If you're into show trucks that's cool too, but there are few that are both show and trail trucks. If you want a trophy truck, get a fiberglass body too, don't try to run that 06 Titan with a 12 lift at 70 mph on the trail 'cause it "looks" like a trophy class. All my $.02 is saying is don't get to caught up in the lift, that is far from the extent of a trucks off road worthiness.

I got them from Asanti, gona trade em for 34s soon
That's what i'm talking about. Two people just to put those on, and the need to get a whole seperate loan for them. What happened to my brakes and gas mileage is the next question.
That car is Stupid.... But honestly talk to Greg, you can get about 10"s from a CST lift and if you want more then do a small body lift (not recommended). It will handle better.

i was asking the people who have the kit on their trucks. i plan on buildin a show truck and would like a big lift kit in it. why? bc i want to put 38"s and 20"s under it.
