The weather here is warming up a little and im getting ready to do the install when i noticed a piece that came with the shocks that i have no idea what it is for. Here's a pic, anyone tell me what these are for?

They look like bushings for the shocks. Should go in the ends of the shocks. Some times they give you extras for different applications.

They are the sleeves that go inside the poly on both ends of the shocks.

That's what I figured they were, but the shocks already have the rubber bushings with the metal sleeves inside. So I can assume they are just spares?

there are different sized bushings and sleeves due to the size of the bolt/stud used to attach the shocks are not all the same between nissan, toy, gm, etc. when u change them you'll figure it out.
Dank, greg was correct. I purchased those bilstiens when they
first came out and just left them in the box if anyone needed
them at first. The original fitted bilstiens also needed the washers
as well, unlike the newer ones. Just toss them out. Sorry. Happy
trails....
