Here are a few things that can make it sit lower over time
1, urethane spacers will compress, figure that a daystar spacer will loose about 1/2" of its initial lift the first year.
2, alignment, if the tires wear wrong, especially on the inside, the extra leverage can force the truck to sit lower in front.
2b, if there is excessive toe-out, it will suck the front down while driving forward.
3, spring sag...it just happens. OEM and "lift" springs are made of junk metal and will often sag over time.
