There are many, many threads on the pros and cons of each lift. Try and little search, and determine what lift floats your boat

Very easy choice...NEITHER
Think performance, not just lift. When you start doing that you will see that just lifting a truck is a waste of money and time. PRG's Performance Kit does allow for lift, but is much more about improving performance.
