Probably the sway bar connects. Mine do it all the time. Disconnect them and drive it around to see if the noise goes away. PRG sells a heavy-duty set to replace them with if it's driving you nuts.

Re: Probloms With My Radflos 2.5

If it is the Radflos, we are working on a program to replace the noisy ones. The issue is an adjustment of the dividing piston in the remote res. It literally is a 5 minute adjustment, but is not something the home mechanic can fix. therefore, we are sending a rebuilt set of coilovers to the people who have these issues and they can send thiers back to us. I understand its a pain to swap coilovers, but this way the owner will only have a few minutes of down time, versus sending his c/o to us to fix and then waiting to ship them back. Although if that will work for you, we will do that and cover shipping both ways. We will get these on a rotation basis. If you are within driving distance, we can fix this issue on the vehicle.
