Bulletproof Suspension

How does the bulletproof supension kit handle on the road? How does that handle off road? What size tire does that kit run? Does anyone know if bulletproof has a payment plan type thing or no? Does anyone Have pics of there trucks with the kit?

No idea how the kit handles off-road, but i would imagine it isn't something to aggressively take off-road, due to the high center of gravity. I've read of people running 37s w/ this kit right out of the box, however another person i met ran 40s w/ a modified bulletproof kit. In regards to on-road handling, again, I'm going off hear-say, but the shop i called (so-cal super trucks) told me that more or less, the sheer size of the lift and components used on this kit made it a hairy drive.

I don't think anyone has a payment plan on the kit...but i'm also sure you could arrange something w/ a local shop.

Call Bryan at Bulletproof. He is the owner, he will answer all your questions.
My buddy has a 8" lift on his 07' Duramax and you can feel just about every bump. I have been in a lot of trucks with the BUllet lift but not the Titan yet. They are massive lifts if you plan on running 37" tires.

What exactly do you want to know on how it handles offroad?

Re: Bulletproof Suspension

Looking at the design it would handle poorly on and off road.

Re: Bulletproof Suspension

It handles REALLY bad on road, as for off-road not a chance.. Looks great but, not for a driver...

Re: Bulletproof Suspension

I had a chevy 1500 with a bulletproof 12" lift, great for getting chicks, not much else. Too high for major offroad, on road is fine, and say goodbye to your gas i was getting about 7 to the gallon. It's a street queen lift, looks sweet on the street. Too many people get these lifts mixed up in thinking that you have all this travel. all the kits do is drop everything down, there's a reason long travel suspension has it's name. If you want to rock crawl get a 7" inch or so, if you want to race desert and jump mid to long travel, and if you want show only get 12" or higher.
