You didn't mention any aftermarket coilovers in your setup ... so if the OEM ones are still in your setup maybe they are shot ... not uncommon.

I highly recommend the stillen sway bar sure theres some drilling just to but its a super easy install and highly affective.

has anyone installed the sway bars, front and rear, on a lifted Titan? how much did it improve the handling?

I've got the 4" spindle lift and the leveling with a 4" block. I added the front right after the lift and didnt really notice much but it helped alittle then added then I added rear sway bar and there was a tremendous difference ( both were Stillen) .Even tho the stillen rear sway requires drilling it only calls for two holes It's a simple and affective ins tall.
