Deavers are in but...?

Just received my 1.5 Deavers from Greg, but I think there is a missing part on here. The two pins on the bracket of the leaf are not there. Its the pin that looks like the one on the stock load leaf. I looked everywhere. Is this nessesary to install these?

Dont even put those bolts in. They really dont do anything on these springs. They never get very tight and will evetually fall out. The two clips are riveted to the spring will keep the springs aligned just fine without the bolts. We typically send the springs with out the bolts, i must have missed removing yours.
