I am wondering the same thing...I don't think the shackles will drop enough for me. So I was also looking at those leaf springs. C'mon guys, does anyone here have these leafs or have any first hand experience with them? Good luck JKelley, as if you question gets answered, so will mine.

I have their shackles on my 2wd. It made my truck look the way it should have come from the factory. Also its rides so much better on bumpy roads. It used to have extreem rake. My front seems pretty low stock though. I want to go lower all the way around. My front seems to hit the bump stops already stock so I'm concerned about the ride after
Have you guys heard anything about the shackles with a helper spring setup that is suppose to give a whole 2" drop? I know someone else just posted their drop and he mention using F-150 shackles and a helper spring setup. His drop looks really good.
the wheels are 20's liqiud metal "magamas" .... as for my "drop" lol i havent droped it yet ... i have the helper springs but it diddnt really drop much ... i guess it just the cam. angle...

It is a consensus that this spring helper mod and the ebay shackles would produce a 2" rear drop...If so, that is the way I want to go. Its economical...

Aren't those shackles as expensive as the SuspensionMax Leafs...I would prefer to get the leafs in that case, but it seems noone has any input on the leafs.

True drop was about 1.25" even though they advertise 2". The back is still higher but looks the way it should have from the factory for a 2wd. The ride though on broken up roads is dramatically better. My future kit may be the McGaughys once my engine is rebuilt on my other truck. I think I will have to take the plasma cutter to the front bumpstop assembly when I do it. No helper spring mod
I think I am going to pull the trigger and get those ebay shackles then try the helper spring mod with it. If all goes well, I should get a 1.75" to 2" drop, that will be enough for me. I love my new wheels, but I am not feeling this rake. Why did Nissan do this anyways, I remember the old days pickups use to be rake to compensate for adding weight to the bed.
