Leveling kit question

I have installed a leveling kit on my 06 titan, and was just wondering what is the biggest tire size I can go to on the stock 18", or if i drop to a 17" or 16" rim, what sizes then could i use. Just need a little help on what to do. Its seems to be hard to find tires for 18" rims, so should I go up or down in size to get a more off road look without installing a lift.
