Mid-travel Sneak Peak

We finally have the first run of these done. Here are some pics of the arms before powdercoat. This is one "side of the package (upper and lower arms, braided brake lines, SAW coilover, tie-rod extension). I will have pics of them on my Titan today or tomorrow and we will be testing the valving. Im am still waiting on the axle shafts, but they are nearly done. Specs are tig-welded, chromoly arms, 3" wider per-side. These will work with current DRE or SAW coilovers (although a valving change may be needed). Not shown are the airbumps that can be added to the kit. fiberglass fenders will be needed with this kit. Price for the parts shown (SAW coilovers, tierod extensions, upper and lower boxed arms, braklines) will be $3899 shipped. Also, a pic of the new SAW 2.25" rear shock (sitting next to a DRE 2.0). Im not sure of the pricing yet on these, but they sure look nice. There is an option of a tubular upper arms also, these would offer a heim inner pivot and be slightly less expensive.

Re: Mid-travel Sneak Peak

So does this retain the stock steering knuckle? What's the possibility of using the CST 4" upright on this setup? If not, is the stock up to the task?

Looking forward to picts of it on the truck with the nitro bumps.

Re: Mid-travel Sneak Peak

For 4wd's it retains the stock spindle, for 2wd I'm sure the CST lift spindles will work fine.
