I am trying to remove the wheels to install my leveling kit and they will not come off. I have tried hitting the back of the wheel with a rubber mallot and prying with a board and nothing. Are they corroded on?? Any thoughts. I took the center cap off and soaked it in liquid wrench and now I'm waiting.

They can stick on there pretty good. I would horse kick them on the ends and see if they dont break free. I bet mud and junk as seized them on.

Let me see if I got this right, you took the center cap off the wheel then sprayed it with liquid wrench? How long are you going to wait?Maybe give the ol' wheel hub a squirt while you're waiting for the center cap ?Just kidding...
Are you going to install the leveling kit yourself?
How hard is it to get the spindle off the upper arm? Did everyone just hit it off with a hammer? Is there any hope of getting the nut off without an impact? thanks

I was planning on it until this. I might just take it to the shop, they said they would install it for $50.

You've done everything right so far. The hubs rust and the damned wheels get stuck tight. There is not enough clearance between the hub and the wheel to be able put pressure on one side of the tire and use leverage to break it free (which means the horse-kick probably won't work). I have a big two-jaw puller and that is the best solution. If you can't borrow one then fork out the $50 for the install and let them deal with it - that is a steal. I put a thin coat of anti-seize on that part of the hub when I rotate the tires. I would hate to have a flat and not be able to get the wheel off by the side of the road.
If you kick the bottom left and right of the tire, it will bust free. Just man up on it and kick the crap out of it.
