Drooooolllll...... 2008
Dropped off my truck tonight ...
I happened to see a 2008 Nissan Titan, black, in the process of becoming fearless (AKA "No Fear" package)... It was already lifted, they put the same tires I am getting (extreme all terrains instead of the mud terrain), they used an almost identical wheel as mine-- same size, very similar look to what I chose, and boy did that thing look GOOD! I mean GOOD... made my current configuration look like a baby F*rd Ranger... I can't wait til Friday!!!!  Last edited by Energizer; 09-11-2007 at 06:00 PM. |

that is one weird response marine... I don't think he was getting confrontational with you, just trying to get the point across that he has a titan not a ranger, maybe I mis-understood something between the lines that you managed to get somehow though, I'm not sure
 got any larger/better pix of your long bed? why only 1.3" lift on the front? I suppose I could scour the photo section looking for longbeds, but then again I could've called you by your screen name instead of marine  my family was/are all marines gramps, uncles everyone even married marines some of my aunts I happen to be a civilian myself... wanted to get into stuff but knocked up my g/f 6 years ago and now she's my wife and we have a little ball of smartmouth err I mean joy killa that almost sounds like people from here... kinda strange to see such different people word things so similar in terms of slangs, but the way they say them probably vary alot... different accents and such.

Long beds have their place, (more cargo area, more payload, better tow vehicle), but they certainly have an awkward look to them at 1.3 or even a full lift, IMO.
And off-road, that long wheel base would severely handicap them, except for the tamest of situations.
