Talking New PRG Custom SAW's

Here are some pics of the PRG Custom built Sway-A-Away's. I was going to wait until they were installed before I posted pics, but I was so d*mn excited when they showed up today, I had to share.

Greg may be hard to get in touch with, but he sure builds a good looking product...by the way...Greg...call me...Alex has my #...

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

Very nice looking shocks. Are those the ones for a lifted truck? When are you getting them installed?

Yes, they are the lifted variety. I hope to bolt them up this weekend. Assuming I get it done, I will post pics of them on the truck.

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

What is custom about them? The top hat? Or something different with the internals of the shock?

So these are the normal custom valved shocks that everyone has OR are they custom valved, custom valved shocks??? What was the reasoning for the custom valving?

ah, I see what you were asking....these weren't custom valved by Greg for the guy who started this thread, they are the SAWs that Greg has valved specifically for our trucks ... see below, that is what is meant by 'custom SAWs'

Yep! Unless he considers them custom because of the black springs since I don't know if anyone has them yet ... I saw them at Greg's a couple months ago with the black springs when he was experimenting with them and even though they look good, he wasn't sure if he wanted to mess with SAWs signature red ...

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

Nice Basically identical to my new ones except for spring color. Interesting though, Greg preloaded mine about an inch or so...on yours the preload adjuster is at the top ?

I am sure he set yours up the way you requested the end result to be. Get those suckers on !

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

Do these cost more or less than the Radflos...if I'm allowed to ask that?

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

Greg posted a few months ago that Radflos w/res - 1249 ... w/internal res - 1099 ... and of course I'm drawing a blank as to how much these extended length SAWs go for.....

Re: New PRG Custom SAW's

I believe (don't quote me) they are $999, see this thread: http://www.titantalk.com/forums/830993-post1.html
