unless they have 6 grand worth of suspension(like urself). other wise a stock 4x4 will out do a 6in bracket lifted 4x2 in most off roading terrain
If it's about traction or sand, yep you're correct...

BTW If I lived back east where snow was part of the yearly conditions, I'd have a 4x4....but it would still be about quality performance, not lift for the sake of lift and too tall tires because they look "cool"...

i couldnt agree more. sometimes 33's are better than 35's. def traction is must. and i wouldnt take a lifted 4x4 where u guys go in the dunes cause its useless and just more things to break and heavier. im from northern new mexico( basically southern colorado) and 4x4 is a must i know i have 22;s on my truck but even with those i would be able ot get out of our drive way in the snow couldnt in a rear wheel drive at all

Re: 37 inch tires on 24 inch rims

Shoooot I play in the mud...but would LOVE to have the PRG 4x4 M/T kit...then I'd HAUL ARS to the mud holes!..lol theres' plenty of dirt roads to blast down on the NW side of Houston..heck south too. Plus like Greg says.."You can always find somethin to jump your truck off of."...lmao.

I love the look of the Desert Titans (Trucks period), Bagged Titans, Static Dropped Titans, Bracket lifted, ....all of em... Especially if majority of the work was done by the owner....gotta respect the time, sweat, blood, etc that goes into modding a truck. As far as wheels size on a lifted one...20's is the max for me...(for looks). You get into the 22", 24" and up and it starts lookin like an old roller skate....but thats me. To each his own...
