i have an 05 4x4. i was wondering what the best performing kit is. form what ive read the rancho 4" seems like the ****, plz advise me before i drop the cash
If you're going with a 4" lift, I would HIGHLY suggest going with the PRG 4" Performance package. This can be found at www.prgproducts.com and the man to talk to is Greg. He specializes in suspension for the Titan and MANY MANY people here have bought there suspension setups from him (including myself). His customer service is absolutely the best you'll find anywhere, along with the absolute best products. Greg is a site sponsor on here, so just send him a PM explaining what you would like. Usually he doesn't respond very quickly to PM's (he's a very very busy man), so I would just call him.
Many other people on here are going to tell you what I've just told you about Greg and his products. You can't go wrong with him so just give him a call. Good luck with your purchase and post some pics of your truck when you get it on!

If your looking for a performance kit then PRG's performance kit is the best. If your just looking for lift and don't do much offroading then I personally like Rancho's 4" lift kit because it gives you a little more lift then 4 inches.

Derwud, how much thread did you adjust your saw's? Your truck looks nice. I love black. I wanted black in KC but no dealership had it at the time so I chose grey.

it really depends on what kind of off roading you do as well. First off, stay away from the rancho kit, there's a reason they re-designed the whole thing. I don't know anyone that has the gen 2 kit, but I would still be weary.
Now, if you mostly do trail driving or general off roading, the CST kit is hard to beat. That's the reason I got it. If you want to go all out and go blazing across the desert at 90 mph, I would suggest PRG's mid travel kit. Either kit is damn near indestructable, when equipped right.
