OUCH... how about some of you other guys, total investment with buying the truck
i blew past $4504 a LONGGGGGGG time ago! but then again AII has invested much more in his ranger race truck as well... but in regards to the titan, its so much i've lost count. but i've enjoyed every minute of blowing money on my truck. just need more money to invest more into it!!! WOOT!!!
haha yea... gave PRG $4.4k within the first 3 weeks of owning my titan not including wheels and tires and yes, more than likely, he has invested a lot more than that in his ranger

hehe... the future looks like this... (prices are guesstimates) bypass shocks ($3200), deaver race springs sprung under ($600), rear mini-bedcage ($1200), new gears, tru trac ($1200), etc... etc...
Im super excited for when I finally get to lift my truck when my warranty expires. Im gonna go to NCD customs to get there extended travel kit, along with the rear cantilever set-up since I need to use my bed a lot. Anyone have their truck built by them?

What kind of bypasses were u looking at? Going to stick with SAWs since you have them in the front? I mean a 3.0 3 tube bypass will run you $1150 from SAW. Now their 4.0 6 tube piggbacks are $2100.. of course kings will be more.. what were you looking at? I was thinking about going with the 2.5 3 tube bypasses on the front for my truck... $850 a pop... place out in CA was selling 2 for $1590 i think...
Can someone elaborate these bypass deals? Are these alternatives to the SAW coilovers?
No, a bypass shock as external tubes to have more fine tuning, for example a three tube bypass will have one compresion and two rebound tubes or vice versa. It is used in the front of a truck along with a coilover, not instead of one. They are also the best shock to use in the rear if your running some long travel leafs like deavers. You can get away with a regular shock with leaf springs, but a bypass gives you more valving options.

I wouldnt say thats much, considering the front end I saved $550, the rims I saved about $350, HID's I saved $60, tires I saved about $220, bumpers I saved $1000, glass I saved $950, and thats just having friends in the industry.
Now the Ranger is a diffrent story, I have over 35K into the truck after buying it for 14.4K and only wanting to put a small lift and bigger tires on it. As it is right now, I have a 50K paper weight.
This is how it sits right now
As far as bi-pass's go, I paid $600 each for my 16 inch King Triples on the Ranger, and $550 for the 10 inch 2x bi-pass's up front. And thats not getting hooked up since there is such a small mark up with King.
My shocks are the Prerunner series and not Race, personally I dont see the point in anyone not racing to run the race series, even then its still not really needed for most to run.

Thanks, so in your example, its like having two external reservoirs?
dated pics of Greg's front setup, coilover and bypass ... then rear bypass
