Re: "Prerunner" Titan's

I know there's not that much hype about NCD but have you all checked out their L/T J-Arm and M/T kit? What does PRG's mid travel 4x4 list for? I read in one thread that there was some else making a L/T and looking for some donors. Does anyone have any updates?

As of right now the plan is to run Camburgs race front end with coil overs and bipass's up front. For the rear I plan on running some Spring Under 64's with a Camburg or GMR 9 inch.
Not sure who Im going to have cage it yet as Im still trying to figure that out, thats the 1st thing on the list. I plan on running 2 inch DOM for the main support with 1.75 as cross bracing front to rear.

There are very few ST's out there that are built, so I cant wait to cut this thing up.

All Sport Tracs have the 4.0 sohc's from 01-05, 06+ has the irs and is available with a v8 now. The 06+ was not an option for me due to the IRS, my girl has an 08 and there's really no point in building it and she wants to.

Knew about the V-8, but not about the IRS...
Enjoy!

Re: "Prerunner" Titan's

A.I.I. Racing great choice on a build. I have a friend who has a completely tube chassis ST and it's bad @$$. You should look at the fiberwerx f150 conversion it adds a nice look to the truck.

Why don't you go FULL SIZE
Get a older model, put some trick $hit on the front , do up the back and drop a big fuggen V8 in it with a big cam and a Holly Dominator
500-600 HP BLAPITTY BLAPITTY BLAPITTY WAAAAAAAAAP A mans truck, plenty of room and BIG BALLS we are not petite little boys. imho

Whats up with the name change?

That 74 Crew Cab is actually has a 4 page lay out that Jordan shot this month in Offroad. Its on the cover to.

I wanted to build a fullsize, but when I weighed it out the mid size was a much better plan for me overall. If I went with the fullsize I would have to widen my trailer, I would have to upgrade the Titan quite a bit, then I would have to link the fullsize, and all these things cost more money. Plus I really didnt want a truck in the 90 inch range, the front end of the ST will end up inthe 84-86 range.
If I really need more power I have a 592hp Chevy 400 sitting in my Mom's garage that I was planning on putting in the ranger since its not going in my brothers Chevy, now it will go in the ST if needed.
