I think the front shock would have to be mounted a little higher up.
I also have the C30 with no blocks, PRG shackles and 2.5 Radflo emulsion.
The 37" BFG AT's run smaller than MT's so they will be fine.
Not in the front, with the wider tracking width I would have to cut up the front glass to get more bump or get the Perrys front piece.

Yes you can, I have a KC and a CC bed at the shop, The CC has the tool box and I been looking to pull the sides and see what I have to modify before I throw them away so I can do it on my truck bed. I guees the only modification you need to do is a 2" backet to hold the tool box and once the the bed side is pulled you need to bend the tool box door( i think the top left corner) carefully to match the rest of the bed. Once I try it I will post pics.... just need time...

So.........you are designing it on your computer.
Are you going to fabricate it also.
Why don't you just get the PRG kit, its cost effective and I hear you can get 17" of travel.

I will be fabricating it. I love PRG, there stuff is awesome and Greg is the best in the business when it comes to shock tuning. I have just been wanting to build my own ever since i bought the truck.

What did you guys pay for your bumpers? Im running glass right now with my stock bumper and it looks a little goofy. Also they are 5 inch bulge, Ive though about changing them to smaller ones but I have too much work in them between paint and then fitting them.

Depending on who you go to and what style bumper (IE, intricacy, tubing size, type of supports, how you come off the frame horns, skid and so on) you can expect to pay anywhere from 350$-1500$ +.
Anyone know the cost of upgrading from extended travel to mid travel? I plan to run my same coilovers in the buckets but dont want to bother greg tell im ready right now Im just pricing it out. I would need
Lower arms
extended axles
steering extender
break lines (100$)
Upper arm upgrade (i think its like 100$)
I would run my same coilovers and get them revalved or resprung after I try them greg said some people were happy with the extended travel coilovers on their mid travel kits.
