Need Help!! Leveling Kit Making Noise

I Just Installed My 2" Leveling Kit From Ncd And 1" Blocks In The Rear And Got It Aligned But Am Dealing With Clunking Noise Coming From The Front End (its More Noticeable Over Smaller Bumps). I Just Went Back And Checked All The Bolts To See If They Were Lose But Everything Was Tight. I Am Feeling It More In The Floorboard And In The Pedals More Than A Distinct Clunking Noise It Sounds Like Something Is Loose. Could The Shock Be Bad? What Noise Does A Bad Shock Make? They Are Rancho. Thanks Any Help Is Appreciated.

not sure on yours, but my level kit allows the upper control arm to contact the upper spring perch when the front suspension is at full hang. i hear that at times.

Big pain in the rear but you could take the spacers out and see if the sound is still there.

Did you install taller bump stops as well? Also, take a look at your coil buckets, your upper control arm might be hitting as well.

Make sure you got your sway-bar link tight. I had the same clucking noise when I went over bumps.

Something has to be loose or installed incorrectly. I just installed the PRG level kit and it makes zero noise.

I got it FIXED!!!!! It was a bad shock piece of S*@! Rancho's put Bilstein HD's on front and rear very pleased Thanks to NCD and PRG for the input those guys know what's up!!!
