I left message yesturday and today, I think I will just order online, just wasn't sure if I wanted to get some extras and wasn't sure what all I needed. If I get the leveling kit and the small blocks for the rear will it then still have the factory rake where the front is lower. I do not want the rake. Thanks for all the quick replies.

If you want it level, just get the leveling kit. If you want the rake, get the mini lift, which is the leveling kit with blocks for the rear.
If you want to wait to talk to them......by all means wait!!!! He will make you feel 100% confident in your purchase once you get a hold of them. I had the same issue......i called.......i emailed......i was like wtf?!?!?!?! Then i finally got to talk to Greg and it was one of the more pleasant conversations I have had in a while. but if you know what you want without any doubt, then order it online. You wont regret getting to talk to Greg if you do.
Sorry I missed your call. Please try again. I was able to get back to everyone that left a message in the last day, but sometimes I cant get to everyone the same day. Please call again, try at 6am pac. time if you are east coast.
send a big old box with a note attched with what you want
some cash and a return address
see how that works out

He is a very busy person, when I called to order my stuff it took me a few times. NOW... I just gave up after calling him, sending an email, sending a PM, and posting in a thread he started with no response.
I don't mean to come off like an ***, but if he is so busy as most of you proclaim, why can he not afford to hire someone to answer the phone and take orders, questions etc...
I am a business owner as well, and you need to come off as professional as you can be or you will lose out in this tough market we have right now.
Just my 2 cents, I am not badmouthing Greg, I am going to be ordering some stuff from him soon.
I have help, we need a better phone system though. And no matter how much help I bring in, 99% of the calls are tech questions that only I have answers for. Hopefully the new site will answer alot of the simple questions "what size tire can I fit?" "can I stack leveling kits?" "is my silver titan taller than a red one?" "how much lift will a 2" lift be?" and then I can focus soley on the more difficult technical questions and building custom packages. As it stands right now, I personnally answer over 70 calls a day, and this is better than emails as I can never give 100% answers because there is no feedback. But dont hesitate to call, if you cant get through, that means all the lines are busy, if you get the machine, leave a message. If you dont leave a message, I cant call you back.
