I took my truck to the shop to get the 7” CST lift installed. I’m going to be running 35x12.5 Mud Grapplers and 20x10 Moto Metal 950’s. They said it will be done by Wednesday or Thursday so I will post some pictures then. Just had to tell somebody LOL….

Why do they need it so long. I have done two of those CST 4wd installs (including UCA, deavers, custom machined blocks, coilovers, custom rear shocks and alignment) in just one day while both customers watched and had to back in Phoenix that night. For a shop to have your vehicle for nearly a week to do a 5 hour job seems excessive.
Keep an eye on your odometer. Dont want these guys having a new parts chaser for a week.

I can vouch for that because it was mine and my buddies trucks. Drove in on thursday night. Greg was up friday morning working on both trucks. had some breakfast a little lunch and we were out of there around 7 stopped off for some dinner and we were back home around 1am (memorial weekend so traffic was bad haha) and had my tires installed at 10am that sat morning.

They said that they usually schedule a suspension lift to last a week if you don't order the parts from them. Something to the effect that the kits (not just CST all) don't always have everything you need or there is missing parts...yada yada yada...I don't really know, but I do know I would not trust myself to do it alone and as they are the only shop within 100 miles I gotta play by their rules.

Thats a good point! I did take a pic of the odometer when I dropped it off just in case. These guys are good people so I don't think I will have anything to worry about. A friend of mine that owns a trucking company and his mechanic was going to help me do it two Saturdays ago, but Valentines day screwed me out of the first Saturday and his mechanic was sick this past weekend so we didn't do it then either. So I got tired of sleeping with a box in my bed, and decided to have these people do it this week!
