Donahoe Coilover Mod.

I just spoke with Greg and he told me the guys at ICON VEHICLE DYNAMICS previously DONAHOE RACING are removing the inner bump stop and getting another inch of droop travel. So about the same as a SAW. And those of us with the 5/8" spacer would have to remove it. No biggie, unless you want the extra lift you can leave it and grind the bucket.new info,I think all is correct, was a quick phone call.Greg please confirm.

Well, since we are talking about donahoe/icon, i think it's pretty obvious that this would apply to those brand shocks only.

Re: Donahoe Coilover Mod.

I had mentioned this to Bechlyf because he is close to Icon and may be able to drop them off. Im not sure if this a service they will actually offer or how much they may charge to do it (dont be supprised if it's over $300 plus shipping). I think Bechlyf may have jumped the gun with this post also in the fact that the "extra inch" is ONLY for people who have an aftermarket UCA. Also, if you do have our DRE/PRG performance package, and get the mod done, the billet spacer that we provide will need to be removed or your sway bar endlinks will break becuase of the extra height (or the bar can be removed).

Thanks for the up date Greg and sorry for jumping the gun I got excited about the extra travel and wanted to share. $300.00 now I have to ponder again whether to sell the DR's and by Sway-a Way's or mod the DR's? and I guess I wasn't thinking about all the applications. I mean everyone I know has UCA and has DROPED the sway bar. I WANT TO GO TO THE DESERT!
