My Titan

Specs-

DR coilovers
CST 4'' spindles
Full Deaver spring pack
DR rear shocks
Mickey Thompson Classic Lock wheels
BFG a/t 35" Tires
Tinted Windows- Limo tint

Next mods:

Front fiberglass
PRG traction bars
PRG or TC uca's

and a question I have about the PRG shackles.... besides the comfort of knowing that its not going to snap and send the leaf spring through the bed, are there any other reasons I should lean towards buying these? Will it make the ride quality any better?

Re: My Titan

I put the deaver and shackle in at the same time. Cant really tell if it changes ride quality but changes state of mind that there wont be any problems. If you gonna thrash the truck you wouldnt want that to be the weak point to ruin you day.

I installed mine a 1" drop so that would make it longer than stock. To me it feels like the ride got a little smoother ? maybe its a but dyno thing.

Re: My Titan

The shackle itself won't smoothen the ride, but the bushing can have an effect. The factory rubber bushing can cause binding and eventually tear. A poly bushing will move much more freely and last way longer.

Re: My Titan

This forum is awesome, thanks for the good and quick replys, guys

Rims were bought with chrome beadlocks, I had my friends dad (endless powdercoating, corona) do the rings for me with gloss black.
