Okay, I think I messed up... What's it gonna' cost?
The more I look at lifted Titans, the more I kick myself for buying my wheels & tires (which obviously wont go with a lifted truck). Keep in mind that I don't know anything about suspension and will pay someone to do this for me... What do you think it will cost to go from this:
To this:
I paid $1,750 for my wheels & tires: 22" Pinnacle Phantoms, P305/40R22 Falkens. The place I bought them from said if I want to trade out in the future that can be arranged (no idea what he will give me in credit though).
I realize it is a broad question, but any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.
Also, in your opinion how much will this decrease my MPG? It is a 2WD.

Well you can use your 22s, but 35s for 22s are priced pretty high. So if you don't want to keep the 22s maybe you could find someone on here to trade out some 18s or 20s+ cash possibly for your 22s. Then you'd only be paying about $1200 or so for a lift (Spindles and 2.5" Coilspacers), and $1400 or so for tires. Price will differ depending on exactly what lift, wheels, and tires you go with.

Well depending on the terrain you offroad in, 22s can work just fine. For instance, I take my truck out to the woods almost every weekend. But all we have is mud and dirt, so there's no need to air down and no rocks to damage my rims. And the way I took it, it doesn't sound like this guy will ever go offroad. I know everyone doesn't like the look of big rims, but some of us do, and mine actually see dirt. lol It's kind of like all the people that want to say my Ford is useless. For the desert, I agree totally useless, but it was built for mud. Just as a prerunner would be virtually useless down here.

It can be such a broad range it's tough to tell until you narrow down what you want a little more from a lift perspective (suspension only, bracket with stock, bracket with upgraded suspension, etc.).
And yes, the tires (35") go up drastically in price the larger the rim. My Nitto's were $100 more per tire to go from 18" rims to 20" rims.

There are numerous lifts you can go with. Cheapest way to go would be spindles and spacers up front and block out back. Next step would be a bracket lift. Both of these will not change ride quality too much. Adding coilovers and a-arms to the spindle instead of the spacer or to the bracket lift and add-a-leafs instead of the block would improve ride quality. That pic looks like a bracket lift.

exactly! get yourself some spindles now with spacers or coilovers, whatever your budget calls for and some blocks or a deaver pack in the rear and your lift is achieved. then trade in those disco wheels and get some 17" wheels with some 35" tires and your done.
