What body lift could I use with a pro comp 6" lift?

New to the site and I would appreciate any input I could get on this. I'm installing a 6" pro comp lift and wanted to know what 3" body lift would work with this suspension lift. Thx.

Gonpostal awesome looking truck, do you just have a suspension lift? If so how high did you go? I'm in New Mexico right now and i can't wait to get to Texas in a couple of weeks to install my lift, I hope it looks as good as your truck.

Re: What body lift could I use with a pro comp 6" lift?

texas t,

Perfomance Accessories makes the only one I know. It is a good solid kit. It took me about 20 man hours to get it installed. Gap guards are a must if you want your truck to look nice.

Many folks will have a lot bad to say about body lifts, but its not first hand experience with this kit. They will usally mention about how the blocks break, shift or how ugly a kit looked on an old junky back yard beater years ago when they were a kid. I have put this kit to the test and have no regrets. After 2 years, I hauled 1,200 pounds in the bed for 2,500 miles, 4 wheeled on hill climbs and through lots of twisty terrian on a weekly basis. No flaws after several inspections.

Get this kit, do it right and you will have no regrets. With the Procomp and the body lift, you can run 37's with the right wheels.

The PA kit is currently your only choice. Its a good kit. Dont be supprised when your old truck's BL kit was $99 and the new one is $400 though.

Re: What body lift could I use with a pro comp 6" lift?

I just got a 6" Pro Comp lift put on my truck, and am already thinking about more height, preferably 3-4 inches...What are my options besides a body lift? Thanks!
