Sweet man!

I like the bumper but have you thought about putting any time of grill down low protect the radiator? That just looks like trouble waiting to happen.

Greg does nice work doesnt he?

Do you have any pics of the whole truck?

Dude, its about time you got some pics up. its.... its.....BEAUTIFUL are those springs a new custom rate for the MT? really like the silver. are you running with no preload? how much travel are you getting ? did Chris mod the inner fender to get more up travel ? I think the top of the upright (spindle) would hit before the tire. and are you getting all the droop you can get ? I noticed you didnt change the steering to hiem. did you get a engine compartment brace ? I asked Tim at DMZ how much to install shock hoops to see if I could swing going with the longer shock and he said he would not install the shock mounts without a engine compartment brace because he said the frame will twist. well needless to say if I end up with MT anytime soon it will be with stock shock location. Anyway LOOKS GREAT MAN! and cant wait to see ya in the HD. Sorry about all the Questions, but there are a lot of variables. Thanks BECH.

5,OK, im not gonna lie about this and throw some rubber-ruler number out there. With shocks, steering, and everything, 12+ inches. I wish I could lie and say 16, but its just not possible with a bolt-on kit. The upper limit is the inner fender, the drop limit is the lower ball joint or coil bucket or tierod (they all hit about the same time slightly different points depending on how you cycle it). With the CST spindle on a 2wd with modified steering, you can get about 1 more inch of droop (or 13+ total). For comparison, the CST lt kit gets 15" of travel. Even, my truck only cycles 15". With a properly valved/spring 2.5" coilover and the airbumps mounted out on the arm as we are doing, it will work really, really well.

dude, you would be proud of his sh!t man!! you've definitely gotta see it in person.....badfuuckingass! no preload and yes he got an engine brace. EVERYTHING from the hoop, new eibach springs, air bumps, and bumper, definitely the bumper, turned out b!tchin! I think all he's waiting for is the skit plate to protect the naked radiator, I could be wrong, there may be something else that I'm forgetting.........

ooops, i guess i need to post pics of the brace too... basic yet highly functional, nothing fancy like greg's behemoth of a brace or dmz one's i've seen. gotta run, off to work. and TT**80 somethin' or another, yeah...... ummm... you see.... LOL, no actually waiting on the custom skidplate to be completed as to protect the over-exposed radiator. already notice a barrage of small sediment and pebbles bombarded the radiator fins already...
