How tall are the bump stops on PRG's 2.5" leveling kit?

I put on a 2.5" leveling kit over a year ago and it's not a PRG. i bought it used and can't even remember which one it is now...maybe NCD. Anyway, it didn't come with bump stops and I was thinking that maybe I can find some universal application that would do the trick. Can someone tell me how tall the PRG bump stops for the 2.5" 2WD leveling kit are?

You need exact dimensions? They're about 2 or 2.25" or so.. Not exactly sure without measuring mine....

They're about 2". Just figure that lifting 2.5" would likely require 2.5" more bumpstop to retain original stop position unless there's some sort of geometrical disportion involved. So, you should be fine with 2" stops, that's plenty of cushion to keep the metal from clanking together, right???

I think you can buy just the bump stops from Greg. When I bought my used leveling kit, it came with a resale kit, that contained new bump stops and new bolts. Give greg a call.

Ive also read of people buying them from auto part stores (pep boys, autozone, kragen). They said its the same thing, and should run 10-15 bucks.

Thanks! I'll call Greg if i can't find any at the auto parts store. Now for a dumb question. I am replacing the bump stops on the lower control arms, right?

That's correct. They're on the lower. The stock ones aren't much more than pancakes anyway.
