Pro 4x

Hello All, i plan on purchasing a titan within a couple months and am set on a mid travel kit from prg or some other long travel kit. Anyways i like the Pro 4x and i was wondering if there would be any advantages spending more on the Pro 4x rather than just an XE if im going to be stripping the suspension anyway? Thanks

Re: Pro 4x

with the pro 4x you get a locking diff, and it comes with the lower gears without having to purchase the big tow package

Re: Pro 4x

Something to keep in mind... if you go with an MT/LT setup, you'll need new front fenders. And if you get a Pro-4x it will come with fender flares front and back. So if you replace the front fenders you'll probably want to replace the rear as well. Otherwise, you'll have no flares in the front and flares in the rear... might look silly. If you don't care about the locking differential, it might be better to go with a 4WD SE (no fender flares). Add the tow package for the 3:36 ratio and a trutrac LSD. Probably still cheaper than the Pro-4x, and would work as well. Just something to consider... I've been thinking about doing the same thing.
