lowering rear and raising front

I have a 4x4 titan and I want to lower the rear and raise the front to give it that leaning back look. Should I just put a mini lift in the front and lowering kit in the back? Would shackles be ok? What kits would you recommend to do this?

thanks

mike

6 inch kit in front. stock rear. Can you harness the Gnarness?

i think 6 inches might be too much, would it look good on some 22's?

Re: lowering rear and raising front

On my '06 4X2, I've got PRG's 2.5" front lift & 1" lowered rear. It now sits perfectly level. 1.5" up in front & 1" down in the rear on a 4X4 would still sit slightly nose down.
Whether 22's look good or not is up to you. Disproportionate to the tire size is my opinion.
Yes Kartman, that would be gnar. I saw you near the dunes returning from the 500. How was it?

Re: lowering rear and raising front

I have a 4x4 with the ncd 2" leveling kit. it sits dead balls level. I just got the PRG rear shackles and will install them to the factory height. If you want to lower the truck and tuck the 22's I suggest you get the rear shackles and drop them 1 hole to level the truck out. I have a truck with 4x so going down to me didn't make sense, I also plan to lift in the future.. I'm running 20's for the summer though... link to pics in sig.

p.s. if you level the front you need an alignment (70 bucks) if you drop the rear, you don't.

Re: lowering rear and raising front

If I was going to drop the rear, AND raise the front I would not get levelling spacers. I would go with the adjustable Bilstein 5100's shocks in the front to raise the front slightly, and get the rear shackles from PRG to lower the rear.

That's what I would do.

Re: lowering rear and raising front

I still have my 22's, ill throw them on my Titan and we'll see how they look. no, wait, I wont do that. But I'd love to throw some stock wheel/tires on and see what kind of burnouts I could do. Oh the joy of screetching tires and the smell of burning rubber.

Sorry, I suck at posting pics. Jack up your front 2.5", you'll get the picture.
