is 1900.00 a good price?
There is a local shop that has (1) Fabtech lift with Coil-overs and rear shocks that they will do for $1900.00 installed with alignment.
Seems like a killer deal to me.
They do good work, I have seen a lot of their trucks on the road and talked with some of the guys.

Thats what I thought too. I was quoted 3000 from another shop.
How is the FabTech as compared to other kits?
I know, custom is the way to go, but I could always change out the coilovers and shocks later.

Re: is 1900.00 a good price?
I am sure it is under cost for the kit.
I am waiting for a yes or no from the wife. The guy is holding for me until Monday. (wife is 8 month preg and will be driving the Titan more than me after the baby is born). I am also trying to price out some 35's at this time.
IF she says yes, it will be installed next weekend.

Putting a child into the car seat on a lifted Titan wont be fun lol, when my mom had my brother and when he was about 10 months old it was horrible for her to put him in the Hummer, I would think a lifted Titan would be worse.

Re: is 1900.00 a good price?
If it is the same company that advetises on craigslist, they also offer a CST kit for close to that price installed. From what I have read CST would be a better choice than Fabtech. I never called them because I couldn't believe how good their prices were, I thought that there was az catch. Let me know how it goes. I'm very interested!

The only down side I have heard about the Fabtech kit is it tends to make more noise that the others... Mostly creeks and groans...

I've been happy with mine...the random noises have gotten a lot less frequent as its settled in over the last 6k miles.

Just from my personal experience, the CORR safety titan was making some horrible noises, they swapped out the lift and the noises went away. But they might have been caused by simply beating on the truck....
