Can you mount gregs mid travel upper and lowers to a cst 8' spindal and sub frame box and run a shock hoop. thanks for the help.

Only in Hawaii. Yes, you cna run the MT arms on a bracket lift kit. We you can actually run a remote res 8" coilvoer and get full travel out of a set-up like that too. basically no need for the shock hoop, but all the travel. As much as it seems weird to run drop brackets and longer arms, they seem to go together in this case.
