Re: Just installed 3" Rough Country Lift

I've got the exact model and color titan you have and I think I am ordering this same leveling kit tomorrow from rough country..only think I was wondering is if a 1.5" rear blocks will level it out or be to much because a 1" block doesn't seem like its enough

yea thats a good idea about the running boards. what if i painted them? do u think they would hold up?

no i didnt add any blocks to the rear, i think its just the picture because it sits real level

Re: Just installed 3" Rough Country Lift

i dunno about paintin them i imagine if you scuffed them purty good and used a good paint it would prob hold up. a buddy of mine bought some of that roll on bedliner and a gallon did his entire bed with a good bit left so as soon as we get time we gonna do my steps. ill get up some pics when we get er done.

Here's a pic of mine. However - I think I'm going to eventually go with the Procomp stage 1 kit, as I'm a little concerned about the CV angle. I'm not sure if it's because I have an 08, but I'm a little uncomfortable with how much angle it and the tie rods have.
