looks like there is issues using the bilstein 5100 with the rc 3'' kit i am in the middle of the install and have a problem with severe contact between the arm and the coil bucket, not on the lip but where the tube of the arm hits the front upper bracket and the tube hitting the coil bucket. I suspect that the bilsteins not only preload the spring the front springs for less sag but they also are a longer overall assembly from mounting point to mounting point

Is that with the truck off the ground or on the weight of the truck? If its off the ground put it on the ground and see how much room you have. Mine looked like that with my stock arms off the ground but it never hit when I drove even offroading.
