Just a pic of the new 2.5" bolt-on rear shocks. These are the prototypes and are installed on Bechlyf's truck. The 2.5" dia are shown next to a 2.0 (that is for a different application) for comparison purposes. These are an emulsion shock, these can also be built with a remote reservoir. But we wanted to see how these will work first. I am still waiting on pricing, I will have the numbers tomorrow.
Very cool! Wonder how much cheaper they'll be without the remote added on...
edit: Bahahaha just noticed that they are bigger/beefier...wow I need to read and look at stats...still a beauty of a shock though man, cant wait to see if I wanna run these or the regular 2/0 piggy's...btw Bobby what did you do with your old shocks? =D
cool interested in hearing what you think about them

Well so far I cant believe what a difference these 2.5 make over the 2" very smooth ride on the street.
I hit a local street with 3 very deep and harsh dips.
They handled everything much smoother than the 2"
I am very happy with the ride.
The real test will be the next desert trip

SIZE: The diameter of the shock absorber body must be matched to the vehicle weight and intended use. Larger diameter shocks contain more oil for greater operating efficiency, as well as larger internal components and mounting hardware for strength.
2.5" Shocks are recommended for medium weight vehicles (5,000 – 7,500 lbs) and recreational or racing applications. A single 2.5" shock is comparable in performance to dual 2.0" shocks.
That 2.5" shock look so much more beefy than the 2.0" shock. The 2.5" shock looks a lot like the SAW shock. Then again, it's not like I'm sticking my head under my Titan to see what my shocks look like every day.

The coilovers are 2.5", while the rears are 2.25" (SAWs that is...)
