AMP Research Steps Sizing

Would steps off of a chevy or a ford etc fit on a titan? I see them all day on craigslist for $600-800

Re: AMP Research Steps Sizing

Nah cause the mounting would be way whack...sizes wouldn't line up with our size CC...and the wiring would be hell...

Some member may have a hookup with AMP...ask around =D I'm interested too man

Re: AMP Research Steps Sizing

why would wiring be an issue? just wire them into the interior lights at the bottom of your door.... power, gorund, and the remote to the light to tell the steps to come out. i could be way off but sounds pretty easy to me

Re: AMP Research Steps Sizing

it seems pretty easy to me too you would just have to make sure the steps themselves are the same size and not too long or short t he mounts could probably be welded on. I guess we would need to talk to someone who knows for sure lol

Look at it this way, why d!ck around with taking the time to find measurements, have to get sh!t fabbed up, hokey wiring, when you can take the time to A.save up for that extra $200 or B. Ask around to see if anyone has a hookup...one of the guys from that offroad meet, thejosh I believe, said he got his for $800 somehow...I dunno post a want ad =D

I'll look too Eddie, we'll find some for a good price
