I need a set of end links that are 1"- 1.5" longer because of the 3" RC kit that i put on is causing the swaybar to Roll over. I read that PRG has a short set and a long set, will the short set work ? can you adjust those to make them a little longer ?

Installed 5100 Bilsteins in the rear & waiting for the fronts to come in !!
adkl1, I took mine off a couple days ago and so far like the ride. A little body roll on cornering but no big deal. The truck actually rides more like a car with it off. I guess it allows more suspension articulation. Just take it off and try it out for a few, you might like it. Takes a whole ten minutes including skid plate if you have one. BUT I will be putting it back on for safety reasons when taking long road trips up north to Colorado and Nebraska. So which PRG endlinks would we be using with the 4" of front lift?
well i unhooked it for right now just because i have no choice, I drove around town ( no freeway ) last week without it and i didnt really notice any difference but i guess i will see how it feels this weekend when i go to the mountains with some wood and camping crap. I am running on stock shocks and a blown right front one at that, so i guess we will see.... I still would like to hook it back up after i get my Bilsteins so thats why im asking which ones i need, i really wish they had some quick disconnects so i could have the best of both worlds...

A tire blow out maybe, or dodging the various wildlife along the way. Actually the worst of the worst is dodging those 3-4 foot long gator backs from 18 wheeler blowouts!! Dam retreads....!!

I can't honestly think of a single one and I tow 7-8000 lbs for the last 2.5 years without it on. The trip is around 300 miles and I make it a few times a month

No pics yet and no coil bucket contact. I'm waiting for all this darn rain to stop so I can clean her up and snap some pics and post them. But I did notice that the passanger side front and back is about 1/4 higher then the driver side front and back, even after the alignment. I will get exact measure ments tomorrow and post them. I'm having very very slight rubbing issues on the inner tire sidewall and RC control arm. It only happens at full lock left or right on uneven ground. I believe the 5.71 wheel BS and 325/60/18 tire is the problem. I'm tried to solve the problem with a 1/4 spacer but can't get the lugs to grab enough threading on the wheel studs. So I might have to go with a 1 1/4" billit spacer and hope it doesn't rub like hell. I've done the PWM and trimmed my mudflap so I'm hoping that will work. I'm consulting with NorCal4x4 as we speak to come up with a solution.

Thanks man... looking forward to the pics!! Good luck w/ the rubbing issue, I'm sure you and Norcal4x4 will figure it out.
I'm googling sway bar/sway bar end links to see if there's a way to keep it... but if it's cool w/o it, sh!t that's free

So i made my end links longer by a 1". I cut my stock links in half and drilled out some of the inside of one of those 1" nuts then stuck my two ends of the links and welded them to make 1 peace. Its kinda of a temporary set up until i get some longer links but i think it will keep my bar from flipping over for the time being.. I really like having the swaybar hooked up just because my stock shocks are having a hard time keeping the tires from bouncing, plus it doesn't help my right shock is blown.. When i get my bilstiens i will take the links off and see how it drives.

Clever temporary fix man. Good job! Let us know how the 1" entension works. I have the Bilsteins and I don't like the body roll on the corners at all. I'm going to have to put the rollbar back on sooner then I thought. I'm wondering what other endlink will work on the Titan besides the PRG. Maybe I can find them local before ordering them from PRG.

Looks great! How is the 1" end link entension working out? I'll probably just call Greg up on Monday to see which set he recommends. I was going to wash the T today and post pics but we are getting pounded with rain right now. :-(
