Tires help please!!!!!!!

Ok i put a Rough Country 6" lift on my 08 Titan and need help with wheels and tires. I am looking at BF MT's 35-12.5-17. The real problem is the wheels. I can get the BF MT's in an 18 if i have to but i like the Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels for my truck. I was told the ones with the 5" backspacing will hit the larger caliper so i would need to go with the 4.5' backspacing set but i am afraid it will rub. I do not know what the pinch weld mod is and cant find pics. I really dont want to do that unless i must!! i think the lug pattern is 6-5.5 but need positive confirmation also. I wanted to put Mickey Thompson Claws on but i was also told they have little wear life and were very noisy. Please andy and all thoughts wil help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Tires help please!!!!!!!

Do 17" wheels fit on 2008+ Titans??? I thought I read somewhere that the new front Brake Calipers are bigger and won't fit into 17's.

Yeah, that's correct. 17" wheels won't fit '08 and newer.

Re: Tires help please!!!!!!!

I dont think a 5" backspace will hit mine are 4.75" and I still have plenty of room even with the 13.5" toyo mt's which really measure closer to 14 according to toyos website.

EDIT: I see you were talking about the brake caliper, well I dont think it will hit that either because I have still big brake kit which are bigger then the 08 brakes and I still have room. But I guess that would depend on the individual rim.
